What goals and challenges made you look for a solution like Magency?
We wanted to make our workshops, plenary sessions and forums which are held during the Career Days more interactive. It is a 3-day gathering of all our store managers, regional managers, management controllers and HR managers, about 250 people in total.
What were your main requirements when making the decision and choosing Magency?
Full personalization of the application, multiple features and support during the event itself.
The participants were able to benefit from multiple features of the Magency application that allowed them to get information and participate: they had access to a personalized agenda, a document downloader, live votes, message exchanges, social walls, quizzes, etc.

With Magency, it just works! Magency helped me to connect 250 people in just a couple of minutes and to give them a web-app that included all the necessary elements they would need during these 3 days. It’s an excellent way to organize an event without any paper materials and to make the plenary sessions and workshops more interactive.
What is your next step? Do you have any other projects for the upcoming year that you would like to accomplish together with Magency?
The next step for us would be to familiarize our speakers with digital possibilities and encourage them to use different features, such as live quizzes, word clouds and so on, more often. This will make their presentations more interactive, it will facilitate understanding and reinforce the effect of their performance.
